The following animals are permitted in terms of the constitution:

Six chickens per dwelling
2 beehives per Agricultural holding
Four horses per Agricultural holding
Farming or agricultural activities are permitted but not an obligation. Should an owner wish to erect agricultural related buildings then Stellenbosch Municipality may require detail input on the intended operations.
